Meet Jen
Welcome to Music City Pilates – I am Jen and I am glad you are here. I love pilates and believe that it is one of the best exercises methods available. My approach to pilates is that you should move with purpose, with intent, and push yourself a little further each time.
I found pilates 10 years ago and fell in love with the pilates system and have a deep appreciation for the classical method after being introduced by a dear friend and fellow teacher. In 2022, I took the leap and decided to become a pilates teacher enrolling in the Advanced Teacher Training Program through the prestigious Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Pilates as allowed me to feel strong and be strong, connecting my body, mind and spirit in the pursuit of uniform development. I teach much like I practice pilates – you can expect to work hard when visiting the studio. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, with no fitness experience or you love working out, there is a place for you here.
